This site collects minimal information. When you use the contact form, the information you submit (name, phone number, email address, and message text) is collected for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. Contact form submissions are retained for a period of 90 days following the resolution of the inquiry, after which they are permanently deleted. If you wish to have your contact information removed from our records before that time, email contact@flintparlor.org with the subject line "Data Removal Request."
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to any personal information we hold about you, to request its correction, and to request its deletion. These requests can be made by email to contact@flintparlor.org. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Children's Privacy
This site does not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the contact form, please notify us at the email address above and the information will be deleted promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
If this privacy policy is materially changed, the updated policy will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
